Trout & Salmon is a tasty, meaty grain free that dogs will love. With 30% fresh trout, a good dash of salmon oil and our omega supplement, this is our product most high in omega 3 versus 6. We hope it will be a nice skin soothing option for dogs with sensitivities to many land-animal proteins. Asparagus too is a natural diuretic and packed with antioxidants, in particular glutathione, a detoxifying compound that helps break down carcinogens and other harmful compounds like free radicals. Our senior recipes are designed to be suitable for dogs over 7 years old. A senior diet is designed to help support the joints, have higher fibre content in order to help "keep things moving" and have reduced energy content in order to help prevent weight gain in more sedentary years. We have a carefully composed mix of Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM to help support cartilage for healthy joints, and also include L-Carnitine - an essential amino acid to help maintain a healthy weight and lean muscle mass
